Delete a Product Catalog in SRM Classic Extended

I have two questions:

1) How can I delete unwanted product catalog in SRM classic extended? There are about 50 code that need to be removed and have not been used for any orders.

2) When I go shopping and use Limit Order, I want the product Category to default to blank or to a selected product category. How and where do I set this fuction up is SRM classic extented 5.0

was not able to delete the catalog, just hid them on the attributes screen.

1. report COM_HIERCHY_DELETE_SINGLE - Deletes All Hierarchy and Category Data OR Exploreany option to lock in the table comm_category too. i never tried and let yo know.

Thanks for your response, can you tell me in more detail about (Exploreany option to lock in the table comm_category too). And will I get the COM_HIERCHY_DELETE_SINGLE to work in production?
