Dynamic Text in mail

Hi SDN'ers,

My doubt is:

Is it possible to dynamically add a text after the Approve/ Notify step in the workflow?

I believe its not possible by using MDM workflow only .

I have gone through a thread in which it is mentioned that its possible using Java API's .

1. Is it possible using ABAP API's ?

2. Also, if possible by Java API's, can anyone please give more details on it?

In a field of MDM table or in the step name?

Hi Priti,

For the similar requirement, we have developed a custom Web Service based on Java Mail. Everytime when there are actions in the workflow, we trigger the WS to send the email with custom texts to the required users.
