PR to PO

Hi,

I have list of PR number. i like to know what are all the Po created for that PR.

Where to find. Any table also there to find out.

pls help

Hi ,

Goto SE16n - Give table name EKPO

Now press enter .

There you will find a field Purchase Requisition .

Give your requisition nos there , and execute .

You will find the PO no.s against that Purchase Requisition .

Hi,

Goto ME5A, goto dynamic selections, there select processing status and give the value as "B", PO created. Now you can get the list of PR'S for that PO has been created.

Now goto se16n, enter EKPO table, enter the value for field BANFAN (purchase requisition) and execute, you will get the PO numbers created against the PR.

if you have just one PR ,you can find that in the status of the PR,all PO's

hi,

There is no direct linkage just because one is internal doc and the other is external one..

But if you have the PR number's wid you then you check it one by one...

check the PR item details, the tab where you check the release status n all...there check the field showing the progress of your doc...ie. PO created is coming or not...
