Reg..Reverse Auction

Hi,

We are Implementing SRM5.0 with Live Auction.

We have created Bid Invitation and Publish the same, now we want to convert the Publish Bid Invitation into Auction.

But when we convert the Publish Bid Invitation to Auction, in the next screen we are not getting any details in the Bidders Overview tab.

Please suggest the solution for the same.

Hi ,

Before converting Live Auction from Bid you have to accept / reject the Bid. If you are not doing this then all bidders will show in Live Auction.

Hi,

if you convert the bid invitatoin to the next screen you won`t get the bidder on the overview screen. But if you open the auction itself that has been created in status held you will see that the bidders were taken over.

If you use the "normal price" setting and there is already a bid received from the bidder you will see this bid in the overview.
