Documetation describes tha user must belong to Administrators group. There is no such group only role. But user J2EE_ADMIN cannot access the URL http://server/sp

Hi Denis,

As i understand you are using a java-add in engine. In this indeed there is no group Administrators, however for some reason the support platform is checking if the user belong to administrators group. Easiest way out is probably creating the group Administrators through Visual Admin -> Security Provider service, then adding the J2EE_ADMIN user to it.

what is ur installation TYPE it's a JAVA ADD in system or standare java system installation.

if it's standard java system use administrator use to access it.
