Problem with VL01N - Create Outbound Delivery

Dear Experts,

I have a problem while creating Outbound Delivery.

It comes out with below messages after pressing Enter (Continue button):

Order cannot be delivered (see long text)

Message no. VL461

Diagnosis

Possible reasons include:

The copy conditions specified in Specify copy control for deliveries do not allow the order to be delivered.

The order is blocked for delivery.

The order document is incomplete.

Procedure

Pay attention to any notes that may be recorded in the log.

You can display the copying requirements defined for this transaction in Customizing.

and more details on the list is a Red message with the following error:

Error during copy of partner: Partner role SP

Message no. VL864

The Sales Order type related to this outbound delivery is with type = OR

Can you please help me with this issue?

there might be many reasons for above error., Error it self saying some reasons, so Kindly check the sales order ,

Check The order is blocked for delivery and incomplete log and item may not relavant for delivery.

Kindly check in the order , might be some reason has been specified in the Sales Order against Delivery Block or in VOV8 against the Sales Order Type , is there any reason mentioned against Delivery Block.

Also check in the Sales Order > Edit > Incompletion log.Might be some points are missing .

Steps

1 VOV8 Document customization

2 Incompletion log

3 Copy control from Sales order --- Delivery Tcode VTLA , check if any modification of data transfer routines
