Budget error - annual budget 2009 is negative

Hi, just want to ask the nature of this error when doing Budget Transfer (cj34) . " Annual budget 2009 is negative" . Knowing the fact that we dont maintain annual budget for the project. What should be done to correct this? thanks

hi , still the same error when processing even without value in sender and receiver year. the error is now Overall budget is negative. Thanks

budget already available for level 2 wbs (sender) but not yet distributed to lower levels of wbs, reason why we allocate the budget by doing budget transfer but encouter this error.

If you want to allocate budget from level 2 wbs to level 3 or 4 wbs in the same project definition, you can use CJ30 instead of CJ34

we preferred using budget transfer or budget supplement instead of changing the original budget. we wanted to retain the budget assign for a particular wbs.

Why don't you use CJ37 to make budget supplement(for overall budget)?
