deliver out put issue

sales order is created for sales area 1000/10/00. The material used in the sales order belongs to division 10.

There is a condition record maintained for delivery output with combination of 1000/10/10 and this is getting picked at the delivery header.

question is how this record is picked up in the delivery of the sales order that is created for 1000/10/00.

Issue is imp, kindly guide on this.

Hi,

Go to transaction NACR enter application type as V2 and enter output type which is determines at delivery.

In next screen key combination used for record updation.

You will see that Delivery type is mentained for partner funtion ship to party. So in this way it get determined indelivery.

Helllo,

Goto change mode of the Delivery document and goto the Extras-Delivery output-Header and then choose the output type

In the Menu bar you can find DETERMINE ANALYSIS for output, Please check there, you can get some idea .

May be in the Output definition you might have set the Output as Manual entry option also.

Please check and revert back.

so please maintain the same .. then u will come to know about ur query..

check ur output type determinatin analysis in VL02n overview screen Extras-Deliv.output-Header here in output screen Go to-Detrm.analysis..

What combination of condtion record has beeb picked up by the system...this will giv u some idea i believe..

check for item level as well
