Probelm with HCM adobeforms(in version 9)with Textfield control

Hi,

Whenever the user submits a form with a text field having a long text, approver(HR Admin) is not able perform select and copy(Scroll bar is not visible by default) operation on Text filed.

i.e when the approver opens the form, the content in the long text with the scroll bar is not able to select and copy

This problem we are facing in Adobe version Reader 9.0,it works fine Adobe Reader version 8.0

Note:

The Hradmin Text field is bind with the hrasr_current_notes field

Why did you close the thread? Did you find a solution? You didn´t provide any here for the others.

If that works in DEV and not the other ones, maybe you didn´t send the form object the proper way. What about "write transport entry" and try again? Otto

Hello, the scrollbar is only visible if you click inside the text field. Not to be bothered by this technical details, users can always use CTRL+A to select the text for copying. Regards, Otto

I have SAP non interactive form in DEV portal,

it is working fine with multiline text displaying without any scroll bars.

But the same form in QAS portal is showing the text field values in one line and I click the text field it shows the vertical scroll bar.

Do you know why?

How to resolve this issue?

Please check if you have:

1) parent subform content flowed

2) text field (tab object) allow multiple lines

3) layout: height autofit

Sorry!

All the properties are already set.

The form is working fine in DEV.

But It displayed multiline textfields with vertical scroll bars and height is not expanded in QAS & PRD.
