SNC Implementation

Hi Everybody,

We are using IS-AFS and are planning to implement SNC. Can soembody throw a light on how long did the implementation take place in your sites. We have soem 6 plants and have global sourcing facilities, mainly in China.

Believe you meant SNC - Supply Network Collaboation and not SCN

Hi Vidya,

Are you looking for any specific answer regarding AFS? I have implemneted ICH/SNC with more than one plant in the past. Hence need more information on what you are looking for here.

Hi Sunil,

Thanks for the response. I am helping my project managament team to develop a project plan. So as part of it, we wanted to know how much time on an average it would take for implementing SNC.

We have laid out our deadlines and have a go live target of 10 weeks.
