Changes to key figure settings

Dear All,

In SCM 5.1 if I change the decimal settings of the key figures in the initialized planning area, is it necessary to replicate the planning area datasource also?

Hi,

If you want to see the data in to planning book then no need to change the decimal places in the planning area. Just go to design of planning book..right click on the key figure & change the decimal places setting..

If you change the setting in to planning area then test data source first, if you find the data without decimal then no need to replicate it..Try this in development first then go for production.
