Portal Error

Hi SRM Gurus,

We are on SRM 7.0 and SRM Business package has been imported on Portal and System connection is established. System connection when tested shows successful.

However when i click on any SRM transaction(Purchasing/Invoicing/Requisitioning etc) on Portal, i am getting an error which reads as:

Portal runtime error.

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID: 03:33_30/07/09_0045_33966450

Refer to the log file for details about this exception".

Could someone let me know what this error means and how this can be fixed.

Hello Venkat,

Please check the user integration into the organisation model to clear this error.
