Hi, in qa32 screen, some of the insp lots are with red light. how to see the problem or error for these insp lots? is there any way to see the insp lot no created any where other than thru qa32 screen?

In QA32 - initial screen there is 1 field called Ref. field monitor with five diff option. These are 5 possible settings for the traffic light:

Here you activate monitor control on the initial screen, a traffic light is displayed in the list.

1) According to the start date

If the start data was exceeded, the traffic light is red.

If the start date corresponds to the current date, the traffic light is yellow.

If the start date has not yet been exceeded, the traffic-light is green.

2) According to the end date

If the end date was exceeded, the traffic light is red.

If the end date corresponds to the current date, the traffic light is yellow.

If the end date has not yet been exceeeded, the traffic light is green.

3) According to the degree of processing for the inspection lot

If the usage decision still has to be made. This means that if the end date has been reached and no UD has been made, the traffic light is red.

If the usage decision has not yet been made, the traffic light is yellow.

If the usage decision has already been made, the traffic light is green.

4) According to outstanding characteristics

If there are outstanding short-term characteristics, the traffic light is red.

If there are only long-term characteristics, the traffic light is yellow.

If there are no outstanding characteristics, the traffic light is green.

5) According to outstanding quantities

If there are outstanding quantities, the traffic light is red.

If there are no outstanding quantities, the traffic light is green.

Other than QA32 - You can check ref document number through MB51 for reveiving inspection, & with ref to this document you can check lot number if created.
