Existing Approver is Replaced with New Approver

Hi,

Here is case. I have 1-step, 2step workflow activated. In this case, if i am the user and created a shopping cart then it went for approval to Manager 1. After submitting the SC Manager 1 left the company and Manager 2 came into that position. Now this needs to be approved by Manager 2.

How can the existing SC's to be approved by Manager 1 can be rooted to Manager 2? Do we have standard reports to do so?

Hello Satya,

You could do one of the following:

1) Using transaction RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE to create an active substitute (Manager2) to approver Manager1

2) Using transaction SWIA forward the work item from Manager1 to Manager2
