Usually Z tcodes are customized ones. Ask your ABAPer or Basis person for more details.

Hi,

ZADJDRV is not a Sap standard Tcode.This mite b created by Abapers or other modules ppl.

chkout for Documentation(F1 help).

Otherwise Goto Se16 Tcode and chk for

TSTC table will contain all the Tcodes and

TSTCT table will contain all the Tcodes with Texts.(this will help u)

Hi,

Transaction codes beginning with Y or Z are in the customer name range and not supplied by SAP. You can find the description (short text) of the transaction via txns SE93 or SM0, or by looking into table TSTCT. If the description is not informative enough, then find the name of the code module (program or function group) associated with the transaction (via txn SE93 or table TSTC) and look directly into the ABAP code. Hopefully the developer bothered to add some comments.
