Transaction error

Hi,

Could anyone tell me , one user is trying a particular tcode, but he is getting transaction error message.

How to fix this.?

What is the exact error message, "transaction error" is this the error message?

Is this a SAP standard tcode or custom tocode? and what is the tcode?

Ask the user to execute the Tcode again once he gets the error message then the next moment as him to execute tcode su53 there you could find what authorization he is missing so that we can assing it to that particular user
