Change transfer for Purchase Info Record

Hi

How to transfer the chnages in the purchase infor record to APO? In CFP1 there is no option to select the purchase info record changes in the master data.

Resolved using message type CIFSRC and selection source of supplu in CFP1.

Hi Pravin,

SAP did not provide std transaction to transfer purchsae

inforecord changes to APO.

You try enhancement CIFPUR01/CIFPUR41 which contains

the function module EXIT_SAPLMEAP_001.

Check whether this fulfil your requirement

Hi Pravin,

For purchase info record, CFM1 & CFM2 are the transaction

which needs to be activated again with purchase

info records checked and filled with all details.

Thnaks for the info but I need to send only the changes in the PIR to APO and not the whole PIR again. CIF is working fine for initial transfer for PIR but when I chnage the PIR and agian CIF that PIR using CFM1 & CFM2 its not transfering the changes to the APO side especially the delivery tolerance values in info record.

Check the required field is setup as Change Item for Message Type CIFSRC in transaction BD52.

If not add it. Then in transaction CFP1 Source of Supply checkbox ticketed should transfer the changes in Purchasing Inforecord from R/3 to APO.
