Loading Rejections

Hi all,

My client is having one issue.

While Loading the truck to the customer he is observing some rejections.how to track those defects in sap.and after rejection he is transferring those to scrap .And if we active 10 inspection type he has to clear the every lot even though he did not get rejection.and more over dispatch volume is very high.so it is very difficult to clear lots also.so how to map this in sap.

1)how to track defects Batch wise.

2)How to transfer those to different material type.

plz guide me

Hi,

If you activate inspection type 10 every time you make a delivery you have to inspect it and results have to be recorder.To avoid this you can create one inspection lot manually using transaction code qa01with inspection type as 89 (Miscellaneous).In this way you can create only when they are rejections and record the defects against a material.
