Hello to all experts,
in the transport directory of our ECC 6.0 systems we have some strange files in the buffer subdirectory (besides the buffer file .start.
I'm quite sure that nobody messed around with this directory manually.
Does anybody know, what purpose these additional files serve and how they get created/modified ?
Is it save to delete them ?
Thanks in advance for any good hints.
Best regards,
Roland Müller
Files on the buffer directory contains the buffer info (as in STMS) and historic data... anyhow, I think deleting them is not a good idea and in any case they are small files that wouldn't give you any mayor gains space wise.

Juan
