Difference between EP and CE Visual Composer?

Hello all,

Can anyone please clarify what the difference is between Visual Composer (installed as a part of Enterprise Portal) and Visual Composer (coming as a part of Composite environment)? What are the pros and the cons of using the one rather than another?
