UWL Filtration:-How to restrict mails in the users inbox in the portal

HI,

I have to filter the users inbox in the Portal.

The user SAP inbox contains mails related with Travel expense,leave request,Time sheet approval mails etc in the SAP inbox.

But in the UWL in the portal,I have to put a filter in such a way that,when teh user logs in to his portal,he will be able to see mails of one specific type say Travel expepense (and not all the mails of his SAP inbox mails) in the UWL .

Please let me know the steps to do this.I am working in UWL for the first time.

Hi sandeep,

In SAP workflow select the particular workitem which u don't want to send it to inbox and can absolete it.Then those work item will not be shooted into SAP inbox.
