How to create new client

Hi Experts,

After Installaiton the licenced server ecc6.0 , we want to create new client for the development and the testing, may i have the procedurial steps to be fallowed,

HI,

Login to SAP Tcode SCC4>click on Change&Display>New Entries provide all the details

Client

City

Logical system

Std currency

Client role

and save at the end

Now login to new client with sap* and pass

Just do remember to run local client copy too, after BD54 and SCC4, as in the links given by Prasanna

You can follow following steps for creating new client.

Create logical system entry for new client via tcode SALE or BD54 before

Transaction code SCC4>click on Change&Display>New Entries provide all the details like Client,City,

Logical system,Std currency,Client role etc.

Save details

Enable SAP* if it is not activated by login/no_automatic_user_sapstar parameter which controls the emergency user SAP* (Check SAP Notes 2383 and 68048)

Now login to new client with sap* and pass
