employee on project

Hi every one,

In my project i am assigning resource on the project fro HR master data in activities. Now the problem i am facing that when i m trying to assign resource to activities there are few employees (only 10-12) to whom i am not able assign them on the project. the error is comiong " Person not found". Either its from HR or from PS but we need to slove this problem.

Hi

Check in PA30 whether the person (master record) exists or not and also the validity period. If everything is ok then you can assign with the person name to project (work center).

Hi Praveen,

H R master data is manintained in HR with prper validity. is there any specific field in HR master data which could affect.
