Hi all,
I am trying to answer this questions: "Can SRM trigger a email notification to the Requestor when a Shopping Cart ends in error after approval?" Appreciate your time.

Hi felix,
As far as i know, this is not part of the standard SRM notifications.
You could configure the Alert Framework Management.
In SRM IMG : SRM server -> cross application basic settings -> Event and event schema for alert management.
