When we saving a shipment transaction VT01N and VT02n that time the screen gave me
the popup message stated, 'Express document"update was terminated" so what to do to go beyond.

I would check SM12/SM13 and SM21 for more details and inform functional team about terminated records.

They said Basis problem. but i could download some OSS note and send to Functional guys. But they ask basis guys only troble shoot this kind of issues. what we do.

I am from basis and already faced this issue.These are standard sap t-codes and should be checked with your abaper and functional team.
From basis side
Check if any dumps created.
update is active or not and database space.
You can put a message to sap immediately also.

Goto SM13 and check the terminated updates.Ideally, has to be done by the basis team.
Check for the logs here to find the reason why the update got terminated.
