SRM Business Package ????????

Hi everyone,

I have imported the SRM business package in portal.

However i need to know, whether the iviews in this Business Package can be customized as per clients requirements.

If yes how ???????

Please help.

Any reference documents will be helpful.

Thanks for you reply.

What i need to know is can i customize those Java iviews, as per clients requirements.

I mean to say can i get to change their code as we can do for ESS/MSS pacakges.
