Resource search not happening by Qualification

Hi,

I am trying to search the Resource by Qualification, system is not showing any data. even though qualifications are defined for Tasks and also for the Resource using txn PPPM int the Resource tab.

If i remove the qualifications and search then system is showing the resources.

Could you let me know the reason and also the prerequisities for Resource search by qualification.

Hi

For resource search in cProjects, you need to check if the qualifications have been assigned to Business Partners in PPPM.

Go to PPPM and select any one Business Partner assign Qualifications to it.

now open new internet explorer > cProjects n try to search

Hi Niranjan,

It is already done, i assigned the qualifications in PPPM for User and also assigned qualifications for the Role.

Still it is not searching, is there any setting which needs to be done........

hi,

I believe that with above settings it should give resource search result. further if you r not getting result please check follwing settings.

Resource sreach tab : please check capacity unit is same for BP and search tab.

availabiltity shud be maintained for all BPs

organisation unit shud be maintained for BPs

in PPM qualification shud be to BPs not to personal no.

Please check and confirm if its working.
