Result Analysis Method - Based on work done

Hi,

I have to do RA based on the following,

1. Planned and actual work or effort done by the employee

2. Planned and actual percentage of project progress

Please suggest which RA method would be applicable for this scenario.

HI

give weitages to all the activities for the project.

these values can be given in the POC tab for each activity.

on confirmation of these activities, and with the total confirmations,, the POC will be calculated for the taotal project

give waitages in such a way thay all the activitie in the project will put together as 100 points

There are about 15 to 17 methods in RA.

Thanks for the reply. Ya, on SAP help I am seeing 15 methods but in OKG3, there are 17 methods in listing.
