How to check a full file system offline backup

Hi Friends,

We have a different team in a different place place to do a backup. We have asked them to schedule a full file system offline backup on our SAP system which is based on windows server /oracle.

They said they have done it, i have checked in DB12 and DB14 it doesn't show anything on the same.

IS there any other way i can check the same

An OS filesystem backup is not known by SAP (how should it get that information?).

I would check with your backup collegues, they should be able to provide you with a logfile.
