hi Gurus

what we are doing in process

1. Creating STOs with ME21N

2. creating replishment deliveries through VL10D by passing the STO no.

3. Creating TO through LT03 by passing WH no and Outbound Delivery no.

4. Confirming TO Through LT12

we need to process 3 and 4 step in background,

so kindly suggest the configuration settings for which TO automatically created in background when an delivery created and also confirmed.

Use T Code OMKZ > Movements > Select the Combination for Warehouse Number & Movement Type > Automatic TO >Select the entries which you have maintained in OMKZ > Automatic TO creation .

For Auto To do following :

(1)Assignment of WMTA to Output Determination Procedure

IMG>Logistics Execution>Shipping>Basic Shipping Functions>Output Control >Output Determination>Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries>Maintain Output Determination Procedure>select your output procedure>select control data>create condition type WMTA(automatic TA)>save

(2) Mov. type control

Tcode : OMKX

assign>ref. mov type(601)/WH>copy>overwrite WH value with your WH no.>WM mov type 601> slect X in create TR>slect A in imme. TO>del. type DOG(by default)

check if it works..

Hi,

The creation of the TO's can be automated by

1. Determining the WMTA output on the delivery header

2. Running the program associated with the delivery due list WS_MONITOR_OUTB_DEL_PICK (Picking) as a batch job

The TO's can be confirmed automatically by

1. Changing the movement type configuration to allow automatic confirmation (T: OMLX)

2. or by running the program WS_MONITOR_OUTB_DEL_CONF as a batch job

It might be also worth understanding why you need a TO in the first place if you are confirming it automatically, it is possible to update the delivery picked quantities without TO/Wm, just a thought?

You should define the TO created and confirmed automatically by movement type definition base on WM No. Then try again!
