Dear All,
We have a scenario like this; we have branches in all over India, we will supply the finished product from our main central warehouse to all branches. Some times our agent having the old MRP (Maximum Retail Price) stock and we will send the new MRP stock from our agent. He has to intimate to our financial guy to change the price master when he dispatch the new MRP stocks then our financial guy will update the new price and he will generate the invoice to customer. But my question is if our agent didnu2019t inform to our financial guy he will send the new MRP products on old billing rate. How can trace this and also we have to restrict these kind of mistake. If there is any customization required or any other wayu2026u2026u2026

Dear Shanker,
The scenario explained by you is not possible in SAP. The reason it is not possible and not practicle is there may be stock with both MRP at the same location, so the stock being delivered cannot be tracked in SAP. Apart from that the basic principle from SAP point of view is the desired pricing can be controlled based on condition record maintained / manual control.
The only option is to control it tracking of MRP outside SAP, and allowing manual overiding factor in billing.
There is no standard solution.

Rajesh

Hi,
There is no such process in Standard SAP.
You can try this using WORK FLOW SCENARIO
