Schedule line Problem

Hi,

My sale order having following items

1. x - 3 - schedule date - 20.08.2009

2.Y - 5 - Schedule date - 10.08.2009

3. Z - 6 - Schedule date - 03.09.2009

order i created yesterday but all these material are available today & I have to deliver it today only

but at the time of delivery schedule line error I am getting

& in Sales order also in schedule line tab for today's date confirmed quantity showing zero

so I told end user just check fix date & quantity tab after that system confirmed all the quantity.

In this case we need to go back in sales order & we have to do these changes

This should not happen how systems will confirmed order automatically ?

in VL01N which date we need to enter to avoid schedule line error?

Is it require to Enter storage location in shipping at the time of creating sales order?

HI,

Solution1 - Go to VA02 Transaction and Run availability check. As material avaialable it will confirm delivery qty

Solution2 - In VL01N Transaction enter Date - 03-09-2009 (Last schedule line date ) It would create delivery and you can process further i.e Picking and PGI.

Hi ,

Please run the availability check in sales order and check whetehr the quantity has been confirmed or not ,by going in to sales order--double click on line item - schedule linesconfirmed qty.If the quantity is confirmed then it will allow to proceed further.

Also check and remove if there are any blocks for schedule lines at line item level.
