Complete alert SRM

Hello Experts

I would like to trace who has pressed complete alerts button for a particular time.

in rz20 we do receive alerts right.

different people login to system and want to like know who made complete alert for some alert messages.

any help is appreciated.

Just check STAD or SM20 and check who was logged at the time of the incident... then with STAD data you could get an idea if they where just looking or pressing a few buttons.... 😄

SM20 is you Security Audit Log, Just enter the dates the User or TCODE and execute... In order to use SM20 your Security Audit must be enabled see SM19

What do you mean who?... STAD specifies the user per each entry

Sorry . how i not aware who has logged in (RZ20 AND COMPLETED ALERT) on particular date since it is asking input as username.

for eg. i went rz20 and complete some alerts.

and login stad and client name and user name as my id. now could see report.

STAD -> Transaction RZ20 and leave user as * -> Check the Start date, start time and read time -> Execute.

That should show you who have been in RZ20 during that period of time doing what.
