BOM SEt Up

Hi please enlighten me what's the use and function and need to set up BOM for the project? and where could i find costs posted on BOM? thanks

Hi,

You use BOM with respect to a material to provide the details about the composition of that material, so that it may get easier to take a decision on the procurement type to be used for the requirement related to the same material. For project, the BOM which can be prepared is using WBS element and material which is required.
