SAP Management Console is blank and on tree is showing &sap is not stating

Dear All,

I am facing problem suddenly in my dev server I opened that application, SAP Console Management link is appearing and it has no submenus (tree)

nstead a message is displayed on the right side of the screen u2013"There is No item to Show in the viewu201D

when I am trying to start the sap server not getting started .oracle is up. We are using win2003.

There Sql error 4031 occurred when accessing program SAP after this happen .

Please suggest how to solve it.

Test call to Service Failed. Profile parameter SAPSYSTEMNAME dosen't match installation parameters.

Add sap system via

right click on SAP systems in MMC ->properties-> Fixed tab->Enter system details and give a go

Hi kumarmoh,

Make sure that sap services are up and runnig fine, run sapstartsrv -t to re-create it.

The sap services are not running if we start it giving error.

Could not start the SAPQAV_00 service on local computer 
Error 1069:the service did not start due to a logon failure.

run sapstartsrv -t to re-create it.

Please suggest what section to do

Give the user name whose env parameter you want to use.

Give the user SAPService<SID>

Cannot install service.

Createservice failed:421

The account name is invalid or doses not exist,or the password is invalid for the account name specified.

But I have login with <sidadm> and it is local user.

Make sure that you use the domain as well as the user on the service.

If the user is local use .\<user> if belong to the doman <domain>\<user>

If the service is missing you need to recreate it using sapstartsrv.exe

and after running sapstartsrv.exe In place of USER for local i have given only the SAPQA

But still i am getting the same error .

Hi,

Error 1069:the service did not start due to a logon failure.

The above error is due to the logon failure of user SAPServiceSID.

for resolving the error change the password of user SAPServiceSID at OS level and also change the password of the user in the services.

and after doing that start SAP services and start SAP.

hi ,

open your MMC give right click on sap systems ->properties->Fixed --> system sid -->instance ---> Add .

once the instance gets added

try to start the server .
