Copy BOM History from old Plant to new Plant

Hi,

Our business requirement is to create new Plant and Company code. When create new Plant and Company code, BOMs also to created in new plant along with BOM history i.e., copy BOM along with BOM History from old plant to new plant.

Is there any way to copy entire BOM like this from old plant to new plant. Please suggest me.
