Delivery note print after confirmation of transfer order

Hello There,

We have an issue in immediate print of the delivery note.

The current process SO --> Delivery --> Transfer Order --> Picking Print (this is automatic) --> Confirmation of Transfer order --> Post Goods Issue (this is automatic) --> Print Delivery note (immediately, this is expected).

Here, we want that the confirmation of transfer order should generate the delivery note output. But, it is not happening.

After the TO confirmation if we go to VL02N and then save, then system immediately triggers the output and the print happens. But, this means this action of going to VL02N and triggering a delivery note print is manual.

Is there a way to print remove this manual action?

Hi

Use tcode - VL71 to get Delivery outputs, no need to go VL02N for output

If you want automatic creation, run batch jobs,

Thanks for the suggestion of Batchjob. But, is there any config that triggers the output from the transfer order confirmations?

We have decided to have the output trigerred by performing the goods issue manually via VL32N.
