Transfer posting problem

Hi ,

Our client has the problem in moving QI stock to Unrestricted Stock( through 321 Movement type, which is automatic)

They had cancelled relvent inspection lot by mistake,and the stock exists in QUALITY.

Tried with GR cancellation, but no luck

How to move this stock from Quality to Unrestricted?

Is reseting of lot cancelation possible, (could see disabled condition) or

any other way to deal with it?

Hello Kiran,

could you please read note 1108313 and check if it has already been applied to your system.

If not then you could use the error description in your favor.

If yes then as far as I can see you would have to release the stock via qm prior to making the returns

Another way to transfer stock from quality is

go to MB1B --> enter plant and mvt. 321 --> enter --> enter material , quantity storage location , batch and save

material will be posted to unrestricted

Try to do QA02 --> Function --> reset cancellation.

They you will be able to move stock from QI to unrestricted.
