program /1PAPA/FEAT400TRVCT does not exist after copy

Dear All,

We have a problem with some of the transactions after doing a time based reduction scenario using TDMS. When we try to access these transactions for example PR05, we get the following short dump:

"LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND" and "Program "/1PAPA/FEAT400TRVCT " not found". (Note: 400 is the client number of the sender system).

According to the response in OSS message we created, this is due to incorrect entry in table T549D which

is fully transferred from sender to the receiver system during the copy.

The suggested solution was to manually edit the entry in table T549D and correct the client number (in this case to /1PAPA/FEAT830TRVCT). However this is not a desirable solution.

Question:

1- Have you face similar problem is your system when the sender and receiver had diffrent client numbers?

2- Can you recommend any other way to resolve this?

My view is that this should be included in the "change logical system names" activity in post processing phase.

Hi,

the missing program is one that is generated for features. The name specifically indicates that the FEATure is TRVCT. You need to call the transaction PE03, enter this feature name and select the activation function and this should solve the problem.

I think it would be useful if SAP issues a note or adds it to the documentation or even as an optional step in TDMS.

for current package the error is not only with PA05 but also with PA30 and so with all most of the info types.

Changing ( in table T549D) OR manually activating(in tcode PE03) it one by one will be cumbersome....

Additionally I do not know which other HR t-codes are affected due to this...

any other solution OR report to resolve the issue ?

Hi Santosh,

the easiest solution for you is to call the SAP standard program RPUMKG00. This is actually the program that is called by PE03 when you individually generate a feature. If you call the report directly though, then you can generate all the features at once. For this, you can enter "1" for "Type of activation" and whatever value you like in the "Feature(s)" select option. The program is also well documented.
