Contract creation using BBP_PD_CTR_CREATE. Issue with Distribution

Hi All,

I am having issue while distributing the contract during contract creation.

I am using the FM BBP_PD_CTR_CREATE to create contract. it is creating the contracts successfully in backend srm system but not displaying in the portal. while looking in BBP_PD transaction i find distribution is not happening properly, although i am passing the distribution data.

pls do let me know if anyone has clue on this.

check we02, bd87 , we09 to know exact errors for blaord messages .

what is the status are showing in bbp_pd .

Hi,

I am passing only one line item. and i can see in SRM backend the contract and not in portal.

Following are the statuses. Here some statuses are missings, that is the issue. Distribution / Org data i am not been able to see properly.

Stats:

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1180 Document Completed

0000000001 I1143 Item is Active

Also under the distribution it is not beringing GUID's.

Distribution:

Location Purchasing organisation Object type ID Value Quantity

HEADER 19 91 C 0,00 0,000

0000000001 19 91 C 0,00 0,000

Also i can't see details of workflow item. same i can see with results of earlier program written as BDC. This BDC i want to replace with function module - BBP_PD_CTR_CREATE, and facing above issues.

do let me know yours observations from above

Hi

what type of transaction type contract PCTR or GCTR.

for eg. if it is a GOA -GCTR you can see via GOA (dispaly GOA)

if contract created successfully in backend ecc system (ME33K) if it is GCTR .

if distribution fail means you can see the error in WE02 IN BACKEND SYSTEN ecc.

make ensure which contract you created and released.

Thanks for your responses.

Transaction type is GCTR. I can't see the any contracts in ME33K in backend ECC created thru SRM, even if created contract is available in SRM portal (thru bdc as that process is successfully distributed but very slow, this i want to replace with FM).

I can see the error IDOC's in WE02 under BLOARD msg type. rectified it but even then some issue i am having with distribution.

if you dont mind can i have your email/contact no. so that i can communicate with you on this.
