CMS Error: Directory not found (Check existence and permissions): _inbox

Hi,

I am getting this error - " Directory not found (Check existence and permissions): _inbox "

while trying to view the track information in cms - transport studio.

can somebody help me finding a way to fix this ? i logged in as an Administrator..

HI,

check if the transport directory path oyu have given in the domain data in CMS is correct.
