Unable to confirm TO - Getting VL659 error Message

Hi Experts,

An Inbound Delivery is created and 26 TO's created for each HU. 25 TO's are confirmed.

Now while Confirming one TO getting an error message VL659 - (Error when creating document flow for delivery.)

Can some one please help as it is a standard program error.

For subcontracting please ensure you have enough stock at Vendor.
