Clean Up Drop Down Entries in Service Desk BSP

Hi-

We are using the web URL / BSP to enter Service Desk messages. We have customized the Subject and Catalog field entries but when we select them in the BSP, we see the Code, Code Group Profile, etc... it looks pretty messy. For example

Z1 Z1A Subject 1

Z1 Z1B Subject 2

etc....

Anyone know how to get rid of the namespaces / technical ID's so just the text shows up?

Alright last try, then I'll close this thread. No one's users are bothered / confused by these Z entries? It is an awful layout, especially when creating a msg via the URL
