noSOAP envelop option not available in CC

Hello,

We were on XI stack 12 patch and patch level 3 for adapter framework, and the checkbox option to choose the noSOAP envelop was not available. We have been advised by SAP tu upgrade our XI to a minimum of patch level 5. We have done this upgrade correctly but the checkbox option is still not available in the communication channel.

Has anybody already come through this issue or has any clue ?

Has any one else come through this problem ? I have seen on parallel issues that it could be a problem of metadata update in the directory, but I am not really aware of these metadata. Can anyone help ?
