Archivelink : .FAX instead of .TIF while retrieving the stored document

Hi There,

Document is stored as .tif in documentum server, but while retrieving the document for display, it is being retrieved as .FAX.

Customizing:

OAC2 - Document Class used is TIF

OAC3 - using it for Object type BUS2011 and doc type MEIQUOTA

OAG1 - Display settings - Use HTML Control and Storage settings - Always Copy Document Class from Document Type selected

OAD2 (or Table TOADD) has doc class FAX and TIF having MIME type image/tiff

This scenario is being experienced on ECC 6.0 (BASIS SP 12). Note 1025341 already implemented.

Has anyone experienced this problem? any hints would be appreciated.
