Cancellation of Approval to an OBD

Dear SAPians,

We have cleared a Inspection Lot of Out Bound Delivery (OBD) by Mistake and now there is a need of cancillation / Rejection , so that material can not be dispatched. Please explain how is it possible??

Hi

I assume that you have not gone PGI

then go to VL02n-->Shift +F2

this will cancel the OBD...this will not affect the inspection lot whcih you have cleared.

Delete the Out Bound Delivery and Create a New Out Bound Delivery.

Thanks for your reply, but i don't want to delete the OBD. I want to change only UD 'Approved' to 'Rejected' so that Dispatch can be stop.

Go to T-Code QA12, key in the Inspection Lot Number and change the UD Code from 'A' to 'R' which does not allow the dispatch people to do PGI.
