Dear all,

while doing returns stock is not going in to quality , we have activated 06 insp type for the material and in VOV6 movement type is 655.Do we require to do any more settings.Please help

MM01 : Activate 06 Inspection type

In customization active 651 Mvt type --for QM

651 GD ret.del. returns -->in customization QI is activated - 06

655 GD returns QI -->you can activate 05 Inspection type in customization.

Assign Inspection type 06 in

QCC0>Quality Inspection>Inspection lot creation>Inspection at shipping>Assign Inspection Lot Origin to Delivery Type

--->LR 06 Returns delivery

check the settings

Hi Sujith,

i checked in QCC0 , LR-Return delivery is set.

Now i tested this, after customer returns i can find the lot in Quality in MMBE.

Now can i go-head with Results recording and Usage decision , if the lot is accepted to Re-process how to continue and if it is

rejected where can i find that rejected lot in the system. and where can i get the report of that rejected lot. in this case.

'06' inspection type is not stock relevant and hence stock postings are not done when PGR is done.

If you want to have stock postings (From Quality to Un-Restricted) please activate '05' inspection type and do the PGR.
