Serive market place User ID and PW

Hi every one,

I made a reuest for User id and Pw at service.sap.com

I received a mail with a link....etc..after that..I was given User ID and PW.

When I tried to login with them by clicking some link in

service.sap.com, it gives a blank page and sometimes <b>unable to set requested view.</b>
