Error Creating an Attachment

Hi,

I am getting following error when I am trying to create an attachment while replying one of the workflow inbox items.

'Include File in PC Application' 'Try Again?'

Does anyone know how this error can be fixed?

Please check if it is an authorization issue as the case in this [thread|].

It was indeed an authorization issue involving object S_GUI.
