External Web Services in ABAP

Hello,

I'm having an issue with an external web services accessed in ABAP.

1. I created proxy from the WSDL

2. Created a logical port in LPCONFIG

3. Created a type "G" RFC Connection in SM59

But when testing the proxy in SE80 I'm getting the following error:

SOAP:1,023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: HTTP COMMUNICATION FAILURE")

Any idea why this is occurring?

Check Proxy settings in Tcode SICF.
